Time: BBQ at 5:30pm ($10 suggested donation) followed by the concert at 6:30pm

The Wyoming Festival–New Music in the Mountains

Music composers from the region and across the nation—inspired by the nature, science, and culture of the Teton regions—write brand new music for virtuosic performers from the Grand Teton Music Festival Orchestra. Special guest composer, George Clinton, is known for much of his work in Hollywood films (over 100, including the Austin Powers movies) and for the wildly popular violin concerto, The Rose of Sonora.

Anne Guzzo

Director and founder of The Wyoming Festival, Dr. Anne Guzzo, is an Emmy-nominated, Wyoming-based composer who draws on science and nature in her works. She was the 2025 composer-in-residence for the Wyoming Symphony, taught at the University of Wyoming for over two decades, and has recently worked with grammy-winning mezzo-soprano, Kelly O' Connor and SOLI ensemble.

Holly Mulcahy

The Wyoming Festival, established in 2017, features music director and violinist Holly Mulcahy, a frequent national soloist (including the Rose of Sonora),member of the Grand Teton Music Festival Orchestra, and principal violin of the Wichita Symphony Orchestra.
