ERC MEMBERS
The Energy Resources Council consists of thirteen members representing diverse sectors of Wyoming's energy industries, representatives from the Wyoming legislature, and four ex-officio members.

The next public Energy Resources Council meeting is scheduled for June 5, 2026. The meeting will be conducted virtually.
MEETING MINUTES
Materials and reports from public meetings are available upon request to the ERC Secretary. Minutes from prior meetings are posted following approval from the Energy Resources Council.
BYLAWS
The Energy Resources Council Bylaws define the structure and function of the Council, including the required number of members, their terms of office, and attendance policies. Furthermore, the bylaws establish requirements for meetings and describe the powers and duties of the governing body.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Energy Resources Council Code of Conduct establishes the ethical standards, values, and professional behaviors expected of individuals within the organization or community. It serves as a behavioral roadmap to promote a respectful, safe, and accountable environment for all members.
CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST
The Energy Resources Council Conflict-of-Interest Policy allows members and participants to disclose any personal or financial interests that could influence their impartial judgment on council matters. Completion ensures transparency and compliance with ethical standards required for the oversight of ERC directives.
About the Energy Resources Council
The ERC consists of thirteen members. Seven members represent diverse sectors of Wyoming's energy industries and are appointed to three-year terms by the governor with confirmation by the Senate. Additional members include one member from the Wyoming Senate (appointed by the President of the Senate), one from the House of Representatives (appointed by the Speaker of the House), and four ex-officio members: a representative of the governor, the President of the University of Wyoming, the Director of the Haub School of Environment and Natural Resources and a member of the University of Wyoming Board of Trustees.

ERC Attendance and Records
Regularly scheduled Energy Resources Council meetings are open to the public for attendance and observation. Attendees are required to sign in upon arrival. An online option is also available upon request. Email the Energy Resources Council Secretary to request the meeting link for each meeting.
