Trustees' Scholars Award

Wyoming Residents

This information is for the Fall 2024/Spring 2025 academic year.

The UW Trustees’ Scholars Award is the premier scholarship for the best and brightest Wyoming high school seniors. Trustees' Scholars Award recipients typically average a 3.95 unweighted high school GPA and an average ACT composite score of 32.  Please note an ACT Superscore will not be used in the Trustees' Scholars Award selection process.

The goal of the selection process is to learn more about students’ academic achievement, goals and aspirations, and academic endeavors. Below is an outline of the process and timeline for students.

Please note: All University of Wyoming financial awards are only available to eligible admits. The awards are subject to available funding and the approval of the UW Board of Trustees; they reserve the right to change said rates at any time.
