Meets

UW meets the education and ABA accreditation requirements for the Arkansas Bar Examination Board. Applicants will need to pass the MPRE exam prior to the Bar exam with a score of 85 or higher. If you take the MPRE in another jurisdiction, it is your responsibility to have your scores transferred to the Bar of Arkansas. Arkansas uses the UBE Bar examination and allows transfer scores from other UBE jurisdictions. Applicants for the UBE Exam will need to pass with a scaled score of 270 or higher. Wyoming has been added to this list of Jurisdiction that qualify for Reciprocity in Arkansas. Please see the websites below for more information.
