Erika Christianson

Erika holds a Master of Science degree in Science Education from Montana State University. While teaching in Bozeman, she seized the opportunity to move abroad, relocating to France and Kenya, with no social network and limited language skills. After two years, she returned to the United States to support students as a Learning Specialist at the University of Arizona. In 2024, Erika joined UW’s English Language Center, serving students as both program aide and course instructor. She is eager to pay it forward by supporting international students in Wyoming the same way her patient friends and teachers did while she lived overseas. Erika loves biking, running, and hiking on the trails around Laramie with her husband and two children.
