Sept. 7, 2000 -- The University of Wyoming will hold "Fiddler on the Roof" auditions
starting Monday, Sept. 11, at 4:30 p.m. on the Fine Arts Center main stage. The auditions
are open to UW students and Laramie residents.
The auditions will be held in three waves: vocals, reading, and dance. The vocal auditions
are Monday, Sept. 11, from 4:30-6 p.m., and from 7-9 p.m. on the Fine Arts Center
main stage. Participants must bring their own music.
The reading auditions are Wednesday, Sept. 13, from 4:30-6 p.m., and from 7-9 p.m.
on the Fine Arts Center main stage. Scripts are available in Room 205 of the Fine
Arts Center.
The dance auditions are Sunday, Sept. 17, from 6-9 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center dance
studio. All three auditions are required to be considered for the musical.
Patricia Tate, professor of dance, is the choreographer and director. Michael Griffith
directs the music and the vocal coach is Larry Hensel. The production will be held
