Parking Zones

Gold+ Parking Permits allow permit holders to park in Gold (Ivinson Parking Garage), Brown, Orange, Red or Purple zones. Parking is not permitted in Green Parking Zones.

Gold parking permits are valid in the Ivinson Parking Garage, Orange Zone 202 & 204, Red, and Purple Zone parking spaces.

Brown Zone 101 is located to the north of the Engineering Education and Research building, across Bradley Street, between 11th and 12th Streets. 

Purchasing a Brown permit will also allow faculty and staff to park in all Orange, Red, and Purple zones. 

Students holding a Brown Zone 101 permit can park in Orange Zone 202 & 204, Red, and Purple zones. 

Brown Zone 102 is located in three areas surrounding the Engineering and Engineering Education & Research Buildings.

Purchasing a Brown permit will also allow you to park in all Orange, Red, and Purple zones.

Brown Zone 103 is located to the north of the Anthropology Building at the corner of 12th and Bradley Street.

Purchasing a Brown permit will also allow you to park in all Orange, Red, and Purple zones.

Brown Zone 104 is located to between the Anthropology and Service Building between 13th and 14th along Bradley Street.

Purchasing a Brown permit will also allow faculty and staff to park in all Orange, Red, and Purple zones.

Students holding a Brown Zone 104 permit can park in Orange Zone 202 & 204, Red, and Purple zones. 

Brown Zone 105 is located to the north of McWhinnie, off of Lewis Street.

Purchasing a Brown permit will also allow you to park in all Orange, Red, and Purple zones.

Brown Zone 106 is located to the north of the service building at the corner of 15th and Bradley Street.

Purchasing a Brown permit will also allow faculty and staff to park in all Orange, Red, and Purple zones.

Students holding a Brown Zone 106 permit can park in Orange Zone 202 & 204, Red, and Purple zones.

Brown Zone 107 is located to the west of the Cooper House, off of 14th Street between Ivinson and Grand Avenue.

Purchasing a Brown permit will also allow you to park in all Orange, Red, and Purple zones.

Brown Zone 108 is made up of two parking lots surrounding the Guthrie House off of Ivinson Avenue, between 12th and 13th Street. 

Purchasing a Brown permit will also allow you to park in all Orange, Red, and Purple zones.

Orange Zone 201 are two parking lots: 

• North of Property Warehouse on the corner of Gibbon and 15th Street

• North of Property Warehouse across Gibbon Street

Purchasing an Orange permit will also allow you to park in all Red and Purple zones.

Orange Zone 202 is several parking lots surrounding the Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts: 

• Along Willet Drive to the south of Wyoming Conservation Corps' building

• To the west of the Law School

• Between the Buchanan Center and Memorial Fieldhouse

• To the south of the Memorial Fieldhouse (Under Construction)

Purchasing an Orange permit will also allow you to park in all Red and Purple zones.

Orange Zone 203 consists of the parking lots surrounding the Residence Halls: 

• Along King Street, north of Washakie Dining Center

• Between Information Technology and Crane-Hill Cafeteria

• South of Orr Hall off of Grand Ave

This parking zone is enforced 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Purchasing an Orange permit will also allow you to park in all Red and Purple zones.

Orange Zone 204 is one parking lot to the west of the Buchanan Center

Orange Zone 205 is two parking lots to the east of the Arena Auditorium:

Please note that parking in this zone changes for gameday.

Red Zone parking is a series of lots located north of Willett Drive and South of Harney Street between 19th to 22nd Streets and at the UW Annex Building:

Purchasing a Purple permit only allows you to park in Purple zones around 30th and Armory Road.

Green Zone parking permits are only available to Residential Students. Green is a series of lots located around the residence halls. 

This parking zone is enforced 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Purchasing a Green permit will also allow you to park in all Red and Purple zones.
