Reserve our 58-passenger Motorcoach, or a combination of buses for your long-distance or out-of-town transportation needs.

 

Prior Notice

Though we will do our best to accommodate any request, we ask for the following advanced notice:

• 6 weeks prior notice is preferred for proper planning and scheduling

 

Fees

• Flat Mileage Rate: $5.25/mile (minimum 100 miles will be charged)

• Deadhead Rate (Bus is empty): 2.63/mile

• Driver Surcharge: $125.00/day

• Additional Driver Fee: $300.00/day

• Cleaning Fees: $0.00-$1,000.00

• Late Notice Admin Fee: $100

• Late Cancellation Fee (less than 48 hours notice): $250

• Additional Expenses may include: hotels, meals, and other expenses not paid at the time of service.

Need transportation to your event across town? This is the option for you! We can take any size group, anywhere within a reasonable distance around Laramie.

• Flat Mileage Rate: $2.90/mile (minimum 50 miles will be charged)

• All Day Rental (8 Hours total): $500

• Hourly Fee: $65/hr + Mileage Rate

• Cleaning Fees: $0.00-$250.00

• Late Notice Admin Fee: $100

• Late Cancellation Fee: (less than 48 hours notice): $250
