About the Service: The University of Wyoming paratransit service is available to individuals that are unable to ride the fixed route due to a disability. Eligibility is determined through the Transit and Parking Services office. Trips can be scheduled for any purpose within Laramie's city limits. Review the UW Paratransit Service Rider's Guide for detailed information on the service.  Call (307) 766-7433 for more information or to schedule a ride.  Individuals that are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired may contact the paratransit service at (307) 766-7433 (RIDE) through a relay service or by dialing 711. Reasonable Modification of Policy

If a passenger with a disability requires modification of any of UW Transportation’s policies and practices to accommodate their disability to use the service, the passenger may request such a modification in writing. The Paratransit Manager will work with the individual to find an acceptable solution.

Where a request for modification cannot practicably be made and determined in advance, operating personnel will make a determination of whether the modification should be provided at the time of the request. Operating personnel may consult with UW Transportation Management before deciding to grant or deny the request.
