To serve the needs of students who need a flexible graduate program to advance their careers, the University of Wyoming has developed an online health services administration master’s program that can be completed in two years, part-time.

Requiring only two weekend trips to UW’s beautiful Laramie campus, the online health services administration master’s is a small, cohort-based graduate degree program that will expose you to the economic, regulatory, political, managerial and ethical issues facing American healthcare leaders.

About the MSHSA Program

Our MSHSA program provides students with the essential knowledge and practical skills required for senior managerial roles and planning work in the healthcare sector. Our program’s objectives are to develop graduates who are:

  1. Knowledgeable about healthcare and the structure, organization and financing of healthcares systems.
  2. Interested in a variety of critical topic areas in the healthcare industry.
  3. Competent in communications and analysis of information.
  4. Understanding of how leadership impacts decision-making in the healthcare industry.

We ensure students are knowledgeable about society, law and ethics, and competent in qualitative and quantitative skills to better their overall understanding of the ever-changing industry. Health Services Administration Online Master’s Degree Program Highlights

Convenience

Maintain your current role while earning your degree. UW’s program combines live online classes, online courses that can be completed on your own time and two weekend intensives on UW’s Laramie, Wyoming campus, during which you can connect with your professors and fellow students. Courses are also taught in blocks so you can focus on one course at a time.

Affordability

UW’s online health services administration graduate program is among the financially feasible programs in the country. UW also offers in-state tuition rates to anyone who is a member of a national healthcare association, federal agency employees (including active-duty military) and pharmacy residents.
