Nancy Olson, University of Wyoming Human Resources Department manager of employment, has been elected to serve a two-year term as president of Rocky Mountain College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (RMCUPA-HR).
RMCUPA-HR is an official chapter of the National CUPA-HR organization representing public and private colleges and universities in Colorado, Nebraska and Southern Wyoming. Since its establishment in 1991, the association has grown into an active organization that provides professional development and networking opportunities for members, business partners and associates.
A member of the regional association for nine years, Olson previously served as both president-elect and secretary of the organization. She has also served in various positions for the WASEA (Western Association for Student Employment Administrators).
Olson began working at Human Resources in 1999 and has been manager for nearly three years.
