Steel Toed Slippers Band Performs for Summer Concert Series at UW

Steel Toed Slippers will perform for the University of Wyoming Summer Programs concert series Wednesday, June 25, from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. on Simpson Family Plaza.

Los Angeles-based band Steel Toed Slippers will perform for the University of Wyoming Summer Programs concert series Wednesday, June 25, from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. on Simpson Family Plaza.

Steel Toed Slippers is funk rock band that has worked with eight-time Grammy winner Johnny Lee Schell, a longtime musician with Bonnie Raitt. The band has toured extensively along the California coast and has opened for artists such as Little Feat, Fishbone, Cyril Neville and Ozomatli.
