Tree Dedication Ceremony Friday for Late UW Student Attorney

A tree dedication ceremony in honor of the late Elizabeth “Betsy” Goudey, longtime attorney for University of Wyoming Student Legal Services, is planned Friday, Oct. 13, at 3 p.m.

The event will take place on the south side of Knight Hall. The ceremony, hosted by the Associated Students of UW, will be followed by light refreshments.

Goudey, who died in June 2016, served as UW students’ attorney for more than 30 years.
