The ICAP is an evaluation to help determine the services and supports needed by people
who receive Comprehensive Waiver disability services through Wyoming Department of
Health, Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Section. This is an important step
in the process of obtaining and maintaining HCBS waiver services.
