Kristy Palmer is a Graduation Assistant with the Wyoming School-University Partnership. She is currently working on her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Science Education. Her research interests include disciplinary literacy in the science classroom, writing across the curriculum and teacher attrition. She was a middle level science and mathematics teacher and a state finalist for the PAEMST teaching award. Before becoming a teacher, Kristy was a wildlife biologist and studies pikas.
