"Through the University of Wyoming, I have a B.S. in Journalism and working towards a M.A. in Communication. I have a wide-ranging career in public relations, broadcasting, politics, and non-profits with my current position as Sweetwater County’s Program Director/Statewide-Donor Relations for Climb Wyoming. I received the Rising Alumni Award, founder of the UW sign language club, first female Pistol Pete, launched the Branding Iron online, and two-time nominee for Wyoming Women of Influence. I’m skilled at networking/building relationships with the natural ability to connect other’s passion with a purpose by pursing what inspires them. I'm committed to ensuring the UW spirit thrives throughout the district."

One Director - WY: 4th District  Sheridan & Johnson Counties

4th District: Mistee Elliott, Sheridan, WY

"Since graduating from law school at UW in 2001, I have been a practicing attorney in Wyoming and am currently a partner with the law firm of Crowley Fleck PLLP. My practice focuses on commercial litigation, but I am the typical Wyoming general practitioner with a broad background of experience in real estate, oil and gas, contracts, and estate planning matters. As a former UW athlete, I enjoy attending UW sporting events and at times have been a member of the Cowboy Joe Club. I am excited for the opportunity to promote our great school to others and make sure the world has more Cowboys."

One Director - WY: 9th District  Teton, Sublette and Fremont Counties

9th District: Anne Fish, Jackson, WY

"My Wyoming pride runs deep. I was raised in Austin, Texas, but my mother’s family came to Wyoming in 1940. I graduated from UW with a BA in Administration of Justice in 1989. I was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and Wildfire Dance Team.

My career path took me around the world. Back “home” I have been a Real Estate Advisor in Jackson since 2001 and am a published author.  I started a study abroad scholarship at UW as a way to invest in the future of Wyoming students. I would be thrilled to promote the University as a UWAA Board Member."

One Director – Far West Region (region includes): WA, OR, CA, NV, HI, and AK

Far West Region: Julie Gaevert, Shoreline, WY

"After growing up in Glenrock, I earned a BS in electrical engineering from UW in 1988. I then moved to Seattle and earned an MSEE from the other UW (Washington). I’ve enjoyed 25+ years as an Engineering Project Manager in the Sonar/Defense, Architectural Acoustics and Medical Device industries. I’ve also held numerous management and board positions in non-profit, youth, and charity organizations. As a UWAA lifetime member and a Cowboy Joe member, I enjoy alumni functions and volunteer yearly for the Admitted Student Mailing Campaign. I miss Wyoming and regularly travel to UW athletic events and I’m looking forward to more involvement with the University."

One Director – Northeast Region (region includes): MN, IA, WI, IL, IN, MI, OH, PA, WV, DC, MD, DE, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME

Northeast Region: John Kreller, Chicago, IL

"I currently work for Crafty - a technology enhanced food and beverage start-up.

I graduated from UW with a degree in Anthropology in 2006.  I am a proud member of the UWAA and Cowboy Joe Club. I am also a leader for Chicago’s Emerging UWAA Network. Over the past year I have had the opportunity to partner with UWAA leadership to help increase engagement in the area.

It would be a great opportunity and honor to serve the UWAA. I look forward to building relationships and continuing to support the UWAA’s mission of “The World Needs More Cowboys."

One Director - Southwest Region (region includes): AZ, NM, TX, OK, and KS

Southwest Region: Liz Rader Haigler: Midland, TX

"Liz Rader Haigler (B.S. 2010) is from Cheyenne, currently lives in Texas and works in the Energy Industry.

Advocating for UW, Liz exemplifies the direct impact alumni can have even at a distance. She helped found and organize the Annual Houston Scholarship Golf Tournament, hosts regional professional development trips for current students, attends recruitment events, serves as a distance advisor for a UW Sorority, and sponsors local alumni networking events.

In seeking this role, Liz’s mission is to grow multigenerational UW participation, increase support for alumni giving and awareness for UW’s needs, and engage current students through mentorship and professional opportunities."
