Clinical Pharmacist Faculty

Lavinia Salama, Pharm.D., BCACP

Lavinia is originally from Egypt. She moved to Qatar when she was about 8 years old. She came to the USA in 2014 to start pharmacy school at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (ACPHS) in Albany, NY. After graduating in 2020, she moved to Missouri to complete her PGY1 residency. She then returned to ACPHS to complete her PGY2 residency in ambulatory care. She loves direct patient care interactions, collaborative work with various members of the health care team and teaching. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching movies/ TV shows, exploring local coffee shops, baking, going on long walks and exploring nature. She is excited to be in WY where she would get to do what she loves as well as taking on new hobbies like skiing.
