Minor in Real Estate Finance

Upon completion of the course requirements for the Real Estate Finance Minor, students will have broad understanding of the direct and indirect real estate markets. Students will be equipped with the appropriate financial tools and concepts and be familiar with real estate software that will allow them to identify and take advantage of investment opportunities in these markets.
