On-Campus Business Support

Trained, fully-onboarded members of FAST are available to assist all university departments with their temporary financial processing needs as requested.

FAST rates are all-inclusive. Most customers will recognize savings over time compared to having a full-time position staffed, but the main objective of our services is to provide continuity of core business operations. FAST rates are established to cover service costs, not to generate excessive revenues.

Level I:  Basic Financial Processing - $20 / hour

Level I services generally cover the following:

• P-Card / Expense report reconciliations
• Requisitions / POs and Non-PO invoices
• IDT processing
• Status of payments
  • Invoice report
  • P-card status report
  • Expense report information

 

Level II:  Intermediate Accounting - $26 / hour

Includes all of the above, plus account maintenance processes such as:

• Account validations utilizing:
  • Account analysis report
  • PPM reports
• Expenditure corrections
• Fund balance reporting
• Budget to actuals reporting
• Contract processing

 

Level III:  Elevated Financial Management

A:  Website Creation, Design and Content Management– $50 / hour (new service added August 2023)

Our experienced staff is trained in Omni CMS and web accessibility and are able to support website creation, design and content management. Whether you're launching a new website or revamping an existing one, we tailor our approach to meet your specific needs.

B:  Business Process Improvement – Contact FAST for an estimate (new service added August 2023)

Experienced associates on our team are available to assist with the development of longer-term business process improvement strategies. Our process involves using qualitative and quantitative data to analyze structures and processes and provide an action plan outlining possible alternatives to maximize efficiency.

C:  Elevated Financial Management – Contact FAST for an estimate
