BS Environmental System Science, Environment and Natural Resources, University of Wyoming

Background and Expertise

As the communication and outreach coordinator, Walker works to implement new strategies for engagement with students via multiple Haub School channels, including the ENR Jobs Board, a biweekly newsletter, and social media.  Prior to this position, Walker worked as an Academic Program Fellow, by developing and designing new curriculum for experiential learning opportunities and coordinating student focus groups. 

During his time as an undergraduate, Walker was a leader of the UW Sustainability Coalition, which focuses on food security, zero waste, and climate action. When not in the office, Walker enjoys being in Wyoming’s wide-open spaces, including camping and kayaking.
