Instructions for Diversity Self-Identification- Current UW Employees

To access the diversity self-identification screens, use the link on the right to enter PeopleSoft and employee Self-Service.  Once in Self-Service, click on Personal Information.  From there, you can enter Ethnic Groups, Veterans Status, and/or Disability and voluntarily self-identify.  This is a confidential process and all information will be maintained separately from employment records.  Declining to participate will not result in any adverse action.  For questions, please call 766-5608.
