SER Executive Director Holly Krutka is one of 42 Wyoming citizens selected for the Leadership Wyoming Class of 2022.

Created in 2000 through a partnership between Wyoming Heritage Foundation founder Bill Schilling, the University of Wyoming, and former Speaker of the House and President of the Wyoming Senate Eli Bebout, the program was designed to serve as an educational forum for community leaders around Wyoming to mature their leadership abilities, broaden their perspectives and perceptions, and to work collaboratively in order to cultivate a deeper understanding of the diverse sectors within the state.

Krutka, who has already proven herself as a highly-skilled and knowledgable leader in the energy industry, will take part in the 22nd class of the executive leadership program with programming spanning over a nine month period.

The curriculum is comprised of monthly training sessions that focus on different topics relevant to the state such as education, natural resources, tourism, healthcare, government, cultural diversity, technology, manufacturing and community building. Additionally, each session is hosted in a different Wyoming community so that members can gain a deeper appreciation for the unique experiences and challenges faced by their fellow leaders.

Upon completion of the program in May 2022, the 42 new graduates will be a part of a network of nearly 950 Leadership Wyoming Alumni, leading communities across the state.

“I am incredibly grateful and humbled to have been selected into the Leadership Wyoming program,” says Krutka. “I look forward to traveling across the beautiful and expansive state that my family and I call home and which I am honored to serve in my professional role.”
