Tuesday, May 30, 7 p.m. -- Planetarium show, “This Month's Sky.” Tickets cost $3 for students and $4 for non-students, Physical Sciences Building basement. Advance tickets are available in the Physical Sciences Building, Room 204.
Thursday, June 1, 5:30-7:30 p.m. -- The opening reception for “Thunder Feathers: Greater Sage-grouse Strut the Plains” will take place at the Berry Biodiversity Conservation Center. The art exhibition, by Wyoming artists, covers aspects of the sage-grouse life cycle, ecosystem and conservation efforts. Free.
Friday, June 2, 6-8 p.m. -- The UW Art Museum will host a free public opening reception to celebrate summer exhibitions. The reception will include refreshments and live music.
Friday, June 2, 8 p.m. -- Planetarium show, “The Universe is Really Big.” A free STAR Observatory tour (weather dependent) follows at 9 p.m. Tickets cost $3 for students and $4 for non-students, Physical Sciences Building basement. Advance tickets are available in the Physical Sciences Building, Room 204.
Saturday, June 3, 10 a.m.-noon -- The UW Art Museum will host Family Saturday Workshop. Free.
Dinosaur skeletons, ancient mammal fossils and other exhibits are on display in the UW Geological Museum, open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Free.
The UW Department of Botany’s Williams Conservatory is open to the public Mondays through Fridays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Free.
