The University of Wyoming Livestock Judging Team gives students the opportunity to develop livestock evaluation, communication, decision-making, teamwork, and leadership skills while gaining experience in the livestock industry. Students evaluate market and breeding livestock and apply their skills at practices and collegiate competitions throughout the country.
Beyond the competition ring, team members have opportunities to meet livestock producers and industry professionals, travel to different parts of the country, and build connections that can benefit them throughout their careers.
