This page contains all the forms you need to complete as well as background information to look over before your visit to the Neltje Center. Use this checklist for the necessary items:
Allows for the collection of photos and videos of you in the space, for use in Neltje Center promotional materials.
Your diet preferences inform our meal planning and prepping. If we do not receive this form at least 2 weeks prior to your visit, we cannot accommodate your diet preference.
An agreement listing behavior expectations for the duration of your visit.
The Mary Jane Edwards House (MJEH) is a facility available for Neltje Center Mini-Residencies.
It is 2 miles away on the Jentel Artist Residency campus.

After welcoming you to the Neltje Center, our staff will depart and leave you to your mini-residency. There is no housekeeping or kitchen staff during your visit.

Returning books, kitchen items and furniture back to their original locations
Keeping the kitchen and eating areas clean by washing pots, pans, dishes, and utensils immediately after their use, and refrigerating any leftover food
Staying within the boundaries of the property
Leaving all linens on the beds and towels in the bathroom upon departure
Please ask for permission before handling any artwork in storage or throughout the house
Absolutely no smoking in the house or outbuildings. Designated smoking areas outdoors will be provided
