Model Release
Allows for the collection of photos and videos of you in the space, for use in Neltje Center promotional materials.
Med/Diet Form
Your diet preferences inform our meal planning and prepping. If we do not receive this form at least 2 weeks prior to your visit, we cannot accommodate your diet preference.
Optional Forms
MJEH CONTRACT
The Mary Jane Edwards House (MJEH) is located just 2 miles from the Neltje Center, on the Jentel Artist Residency campus, and serves as housing for many Mini-Residency participants.

The Neltje Center is located in Banner, WY which is 22 minutes Southeast of Sheridan, WY. From the UW campus in Laramie, WY it's a 4 hour 15 minute drive. Driving directions can be found HERE. GPS is not reliable in the area, so be sure to screenshot or print these directions!
Video streaming and large downloads are not supported. Zoom calls are possible.

Packing Tips:
-Dress in layers for the unpredictable weather
-Bring sunscreen and bugspray
-Pack any supplies you may need related to your work, the center does not provide supplies
-Don't forget your device chargers!

After welcoming you to the Neltje Center, our staff will depart and leave you to your mini-residency. There is no housekeeping or kitchen staff during your visit.

Returning books, kitchen items and furniture back to their original locations

Keeping the kitchen and eating areas clean by washing pots, pans, dishes, and utensils immediately after their use, and refrigerating any leftover food

Staying within the boundaries of the property

Leaving all linens on the beds and towels in the bathroom upon departure

Please ask for permission before handling any artwork in storage or throughout the house

Absolutely no smoking in the house or outbuildings. Designated smoking areas outdoors will be provided
