Price options for use of the Neltje Center

The Neltje Center is a unique 15,000 sq ft center for arts and culture located 20 miles southeast of Sheridan, WY. The Center, filled with art and artifacts by makers both local and from around the world, consists of ample meeting and event spaces both large and small, dining space for 40+, 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a 3,000 sq ft open gallery with Steinway concert piano, art studio facilities, a spacious outdoor patio, and gardens with a display of outdoor sculptures.

Deposits & Holding Dates

Due to high demand, we are unable to hold dates for potential use.
Your dates will be confirmed once your proposal is accepted and you have submitted a $500 deposit (refundable up to 60 days prior to your booking).
Groups with single day bookings valued less than $1000 are not required to submit a deposit.

IMPORTANT DETAILS Day-Use Groups (Single-Day Visits) For groups visiting for one day, we can provide a meal served in a self-service buffet format. A staff member will handle buffet setup and teardown so your group can focus on the experience. Overnight Groups For groups staying overnight, meals are self-serve and self-prepared. Prior to your visit, we stock the kitchen based on dietary preferences and restrictions provided in your group’s forms (due two weeks before arrival). Breakfast: Ingredients are available in the fully stocked kitchen Lunch & Dinner: We provide curated ingredient baskets with simple preparation instructions—similar to a HelloFresh-style kit. Meals are designed to take no more than 30-40 minutes to prepare and often become a meaningful opportunity for group connection and team building. Because there is no staff onsite during overnight stays, this approach ensures your group has everything needed to enjoy fresh, satisfying meals together. Overnight groups are expected to leave the house in the same condition as upon arrival, including cleaning dishes and the kitchen.
