As a University of Wyoming graduate student, some of the aspects of your education will be conducting research. A minor in quantitative or qualitative research methods from the UW College of Education will support your development of the necessary skills, concepts, and understanding of research methodology required to effectively evaluate and conduct research in your specific discipline.
Students currently enrolled in any UW master's or doctoral program are eligible for the 16 credit hour minor programs in quantitative or qualitative research methods. These programs are intended for graduate students at UW who want to gain advanced knowledge in research methods. A co-teaching requirement will ensure students who successfully complete the program are able to confidently teach research methods at the university level. Learn more about each minor below.
