EDRE Long-Term Course Schedule
Helpful Information!
All EDRE courses (except EDRE 5530) do require an override, as prerequisites must be checked.
See directions above on how to request overrides.
We do not allow non-degree graduate students to register for EDRE classes.
Master Students
MA/MS students typically start with EDRE 5530.
This course should not need an override.
If you have already taken an EDRE 5530 Intro to Educational Research course, please email tlegal@uwyo.edu for more information.
Doctoral Students
Current doctoral students typically start with EDRE 5600 and/or EDRE 5640 and then move forward on each path.
All EDRE courses require overrides as prerequisites must be checked prior to registration.

EDRE 5660 Prospectus Writing
This is typically your last research course before receiving the green light to write and/or complete the final project or portfolio.
Doctoral students who are ready for this course are required to have these prerequisites:
Completed EDRE 5600
Completed EDRE 5640
Have a Committee Form on file, and
Have a Program of Study form on file.
