Join SLCE in a food drive benefitting Laramie Interfaith on Saturday, April 4th! Volunteers can sign up for one-hour shifts where they'll help hand out fliers with Interfaith's most needed donations, as well as collecting donations by the exits. All materials and info will be provided. Just bring yourself!


February Service Saturday

Join us for a Service Saturday on Saturday, February 28th! We'll be helping Family Promise of Albany County set up for an event from 11am to 1pm. Transportation is provided, but capacity is limited. Register through Volunteer Hub.

The Big Event

The Big Event is an opportunity for UW students, faculty, and staff to say thank you to the greater Laramie community for the support they provide to students. Registration will open September 16th. Learn more on the Big Event page.
National Public Lands Day
Saturday, September 27

Multiple project sites - meet at Washington Park Otto Dahl Picnic Shelter
Celebrate National Public Lands Day and Wyoming Public Lands Day with a day of trail maintenance and other projects! Coffee and donuts will be provided at the morning kickoff at the Washington Park Otto Dahl Shelter, where volunteers will have the opportunity to hear about each project before departing to that project's location.
There will be multiple projects with varying levels of experience and labor. Transportation will be provided for UW students, and lunch will be provided for all volunteers.
This event is a collaboration between Common Outdoor Ground, the Medicine Bow-Routt
National Forest, Wyoming Conservation Corps, Wyoming State Parks, Southeast Wyoming
Climbers Coalition, Laramie BikeNet, the Trail FAIRIES, the Southeast Wyoming Outdoor
Recreation Collaborative, and the University of Wyoming Outdoor Program and SLCE Office.
