Pardalophora haldemanii (Scudder)

Pardalophora haldemanii

Pardalophora haldemanii is a large uncommon grasshopper that occurs in Wyoming's grasslands east of the Continental Divide. It prefers drier areas than P. apiculata. Nymphs overwinter in the third and fourth instar. Adults are present in late June and July. It is not considered a pest species in Wyoming.
