Carol and Ramon Tomé Student Admissions Center

The Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center includes the Carol and Ramon Tomé Student Admissions Center. Carol and Ramon Tomé donated $1 million for the student recruiting center named in their honor.  Carol has was the chief financial officer of Home Depot for 24 years. She became the chief executive officer of UPS in 2020 having served on the UPS board for 18 years. She graduated from UW in 1979 with a bachelor's degree in communication.  Ramon earned a bachelor's in geology from UW in 1984.  He is a founding partner at Constellations, LLC, and he serves on the board of the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta. The Tomés also support university students in the Haub School through the Tomé Scholars to Fellows Program. The Tomé Student Admissions Center is a key meeting and gathering point for future students and their parents.
