Tobin House is a special living option offered in collaboration with the Honors College! 

Who is eligible to live in the Tobin House?

Any students who have been accepted into the Honors College qualify to live in the Honors House.

Room Furnishings & Dimensions

One Per Resident

Below, you will find the dimensions of the various furniture and features. Please note that these dimensions are approximate.

	Bed Variable height for single, bunked, or loft-style. When lofted, it is 35" from the ground to the bottom of the mattress.
	Mattress Each bed is equipped with an extra-long twin mattress. 80" L x 39" W x 8" D
	Windows with Blinds Every room has at least one window. However, due to the nature of this being a house, not all rooms will be equipped with multiple.
	Room Dimensions Due to the nature of this being a house, not all rooms has the same dimensions. For further guidance, view the Tobin House Floorplan.
	Closet Due to the nature of this being a house, not all rooms has the same dimensions.
	Dresser Each occupant get two small dressers (2 drawers each) that can be moved and stacked. 26" W x 14.5" D x 5" H
	Desk & Chair Each room is equipped with a desk and chair for each resident. Each desk has one drawer. 30” W x 18” D x 2” H Drawer - 16” W x 17” D x 2.5” H
	Trash Can Every room comes with one trash can to be shared among its occupants.
