Campus Recreation will offer a 12-week wellness program for University of Wyoming employees Monday, Sept. 12-Friday, Dec. 2.
The program will include an instructor-led fitness component. Workout sessions are available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from noon-1 p.m. and from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Half Acre Recreation and Wellness Center.
Anyone interested in participating in the program should plan to attend one of the informational meetings Tuesday, Sept. 6, at either noon or 5:30 p.m. in the classroom at Half Acre. Sign-up sheets and forms will be handed out at the meetings. Interested individuals also can sign up for the program at the Half Acre front desk pinch point.
