School of Politics, Public Affairs, and International Studies

In 2017, the former Department of Political Science and the former Global and Area Studies Program merged to create the School of Politics, Public Affairs & International Studies or SPPAIS.

This new institution boasts more than 20 faculty members, almost 300 students, and two undergraduate and three graduate programs: Political Science (B.A./B.S., M.A.), International Studies (B.A., M.A.), and the Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.). SPPAIS has taken over the entire south side of the Arts & Sciences Building; please come visit!
