The Stewart Family Serviceship Award and Fellowship is awarded each year through a competitive process that is open to all UW students. The Stewart Family Service Stipend Award is open to all UW undergraduate students. Guidelines for proposals are broad as the specific needs being addressed are community-defined. The selected student(s) must be involved in an applied community research or service project that addresses a real world need or challenge on a local, state, national or global level.
