Event/Conference Parking Permit FAQ

Request Event Parking Permits

Ivinson Parking Garage Entrance

Transportation Services may provide customized parking permits (via the Offstreet platform) when a group of individuals, large or small come to campus for the same purpose.  These are often provided for camps, conferences, other events.  These permits take parking and venue locations into consideration.

If you would like to request parking for a group of people attending an event, conference, or camp, please compete the request for event parking permits form.

  • Form must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the start of your event.
  • Each permit is $8.50/day. The cost may be covered by individual attendees or departments.
  • Contact Transportation Services at 307-766-9800 or tps@uwyo.edu if you need assistance completing the form.

  • Attendees will use the custom link or QR code provided by their event organizer.
  • Follow the step-by-step instructions
  • Parking on campus is monitored through License Plate Recognition (LPR).  LPR is a virtual permitting system that allows your license plate to act as your parking permit so that a physical permit does not need to be displayed in the vehicle.

Your license plate acts as your permit. Enter it exactly how it appears on your license plate:
