Due to adverse weather and closed roads in the Laramie area, the University of Wyoming has canceled the Discovery Day event planned for Saturday, Nov. 14 on the Laramie campus.
For those who registered and are already in Laramie, and for those
families wishing to learn more about UW while attending the Wyoming
State Football Championships in Laramie, the UW Admissions Office will
hold an altered program.
The new schedule:
8:30 a.m. -- Check in, Wyoming Union.
9 a.m. -- Presentation: UW Overview: Admissions, Scholarships and Financial Aid, and Residence Life and Dining.
10 a.m. -- Campus and Residence Hall Tours.
11 a.m. -- Lunch at Washakie Center with current students.
