- Exxon Mobil Corp. – $2.5 million, state matched to $5 million, for facilities and
equipment
- Ultra Petroleum Corp. – $2 million, state matched to $4 million, for facilities
- Halliburton Co. – $2 million, state matched to $4 million, for facilities
- Marathon Oil Corp. – $1 million, state matched to $2 million, for facilities
