FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS
CampusWell is an interactive online health and wellness magazine designed specifically for college students. Every week, UW students will receive a link to the magazine in their email. Open it up to find great information on a variety of health topics from relationships and mental health to study skills and nutrition.
SNAP benefits: The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides monthly benefits that help low-income households buy the food they need for good health. The Pokes Center for Community Resources can help students navigate the application!
FOR FACULTY & STAFF
UW Human Resources provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), serving all University of Wyoming benefited employees and their household members. In addition, Cigna EAP offers three free counseling visits for employees with Cigna insurance, along with additional online resources.
Wyoming on Wellness makes it easy to connect with your Cigna health plan benefits—including mental health support and lifestyle coaching—and provides opportunities to join regular wellness challenges and earn rewards for exploring programs and events.
