Keenan Kuckler, MD

Keenan Kuckler, MD is a Family Medicine resident from Billings, MT, currently in her third year of FMOB training in Casper, WY. She plans to work in rural full-spectrum family medicine after graduation in June 2024. She has always been passionate about smoking cessation and is excited for the opportunity to be teaching this topic with ECHO. She hopes that everyone who joins feels more prepared to support their patients in successfully quitting.

Dr. Daniel Brody

Dr. Daniel Brody

Dr. Daniel Brody is a 1984 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine. He is an alumnus of the National Health Service Corp (NHSC) and has practiced family dentistry for 40 years with Valley Health (www.valleyhealth.org), his original NHSC site. During those 40 years, Dr. Brody has served in multiple capacities for Valley Health including Dental Director, Chief of Oral Health and Health Science Education, Director of the Homeless Oral Health Program and AEGD Dental Residency Clinical Coordinator. Dr. Brody has served on numerous boards, most recently as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA), a national organization for safety net dental providers and continues to be active in the organization through committee work and leading webinars and other educational programs.

Scott Wolpin, DMD

Scott Wolpin, DMD, Chief Dental Officer, Eastern Shore Rural Health System

Dr. Scott Wolpin has devoted his career to providing dentistry to disadvantaged adults and children through his work in federally qualified health centers for over 30 years.

Dr. Wolpin graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA in 1989 and completed a General Practice Residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD in 1990. Since then, Dr. Wolpin has served as dental director for three different community health center dental programs and holds academic appointments with Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine mentoring fourth year dental students in community-based practice.

Dr. Wolpin serves as Immediate Past President of the National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA) and is Past President of both the Eastern Shore Dental Society, and the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved. Among his accolades includes being recognized as Maryland Outstanding Rural Health Practitioner in 2003, as Maryland Oral Health Hero in 2010 by U.S. Senator Benjamin Cardin and the Maryland Dental Action Coalition, was awarded 2015 Clinician Hero of the Year by the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved and received a Distinguished Service Award from the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce in 2020.

Ashley Schluck, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor (TSRP) for the State of Wyoming

Ashley Schluck is the Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor (TSRP) for the State of Wyoming.  Ashley is a graduate of the University of Wyoming where she obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology and criminal justice in 2001, followed by her juris doctorate in 2004.

As a TSRP, Ashley serves as a specialized attorney whose primary focus is equipping prosecutors, law enforcement officers, and other traffic safety professionals with the resources necessary to combat impaired driving and other traffic safety issues.   To do this she provides education, training, and technical assistance within the State of Wyoming and nationwide.  Additionally, she serves as both a consultant and liaison to these traffic safety groups by participating in state, regional, and national traffic safety meetings and events.  Her work allows her to stay abreast of the common defenses, complexities, and challenges in the traffic safety arena.

The ultimate goal of the Wyoming TSRP program is to improve traffic safety, thereby reducing the incidence of impaired driving and related highway injuries and fatalities.
