Information for in-person events:

The annual Shepard Symposium on Social Justice is being held at the University of Wyoming campus in Laramie, Wyoming. All events will be held on the second floor of the Wyoming Union.

LODGING

There is a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn. A King or 2 Queen will be $109.

PARKING
There are several options for parking, both paid and free. Please see the link below for details.

Parking and transportation information

DAY PERMITS

Day permits are available from the Transit & Parking Services department at 462 N 10th and the Wyoming Union Information Desk located in the Wyoming Union. The fee for a Day Permit is $5 per day and allows the permit holder to park in an "A", "C" or "R" space. Day permits may be purchased for multiple days. These permits can be purchased by anyone, including UW departments with an IDR.

TRANSPORTATION

United Airlines partners with a regional provider for two flights to and from Denver International Airport daily. For best fares, check United.com

Alternatively, you can fly into Denver and use a rental car or shuttle for the 1.15 hour drive north on I-25 and the 45 minutes west on I-80. Total driving time 2 + hours.
