By March 17, 2019	UW will send out public/press notifications on Third Party Comment period	UW will put out releases inviting the public to comment through the HLC-administered Third Party Comment survey.
March 17, 2019	Evidence collection complete	Evidence identification is ongoing; however, the majority of evidence will be collected - PDF'ed, logged, and saved by Spring Break
March 18-22, 2019 Spring Break	Assurance Argument "60% draft" complete	The Assurance Argument report will be more than halfway completed by the end of Spring Break
April 5-9, 2019	Peer Review Visit Team appointed (tentative)	UW Accreditation Liaison Officer will meet with Team chair at HLC Annual Conference
July 2019	Assurance Argument "95% draft" complete Federal Compliance filing "95% draft" complete	Both required report filings will be near completion by July of 2019. Edits after this date will include reformatting for criteria edits from HLC and changes in requirements that emerge
September 3-12, 2019	HLC Student Opinion Survey open for entries	The HLC Student Opinion Survey is an important tool of the On-Site visiting team to review so they can get a private, anonymous opinion about the University from its student body
September 11-13, 2019 and September 2019	Review of reports with Board of Trustees and Executive Council	The Board will review the reports during their regular board meeting; Executive Council will approve during one of their weekly meetings
Week of September 16, 2019 (tentative)	UW distributes HLC-adminsitered Student Opinion Survey link to all UW students	HLC conducts surveys of student opinion to inform peer review teams. The results help the peer review team to identify possible questions for its meetings with faculty, staff and students during the visit. On the date that HLC specifies for distribution, UW will share the survey link via email with all students. A reminder email must be sent by UW at least four days later. The survey will remain open for 10 days.
September 19, 2019	All-Senates Meeting	This meeting will be held to educate all 3 of the University’s Senates about the upcoming HLC Accreditation and On-Site visit. Lunch will be provided
Week of September 23, 2019 (tentative)	Student Opinion Survey closes	This survey's results will be aggregated and personally identifiable information stripped. The results will be shared with UW before the visit.
September 26, 2019	Accredi-Carnival	This is a fun even open to the public from 11:30am-1:30pm in the UW Union Yellowstone Ballroom. There will be games with an accreditation theme to educate everyone who attends about accreditation. There will also be free food and prizes
October 21, 2019	Submit dates for Assurance Argument and Federal Compliance Report	All pre-visit required reports will be loaded and locked from edits
October 21, 2019	Third Party Comment survey closes	Public comments to the HLC-administered Third Party Comment survey will close.
November 16-20 2019	Peer Review Visit Team will visit Laramie and Casper campuses	Schedule and peer reviewer information will be finalized soon.
November 18, 2019	HLC Open Discussion Forum for Criteria 3 and 4 Teach & Learning	This is an educational session at 1:30pm – 2:20pm on the second floor of the Union about the components of Criteria 3 & 4 of the HLC requirements for Accreditation. This event is open to the campus and public. Free Refreshments
November 18, 2019	HLC Staff Only Drop-in Session	This session is from 2:30pm - 3:20pm on the second floor of the Union.
November 18, 2019	HLC On-Site Visit Drop-in Session for Students	The event will be held from 3:30pm – 4:20pm in various sections of the second Floor of the Union. The sessions are for students to privately meet face-to-face with the HLC Accreditation on-site visiting team members and ask and answers questions without any UW Employees present
November 18, 2019	HLC Open Discussion Forum for Criteria 5 Resources, Planning, and Institutional Effectiveness	This is an educational session at 4:30pm – 5:20pm about the components of Criteria 5 of the HLC requirements for Accreditation. This event is open to the campus and public. Free Refreshments
November 18, 2019	HLC On-Site Visit Drop-in Session for Faculty	The event will be held from 4:30pm – 5:20pm in various sections of the second Floor of the Union. The sessions are for students to privately meet face-to-face with the HLC Accreditation on-site visiting team members and ask and answers questions without any UW administrative or governing offices present
November 19, 2019	HLC On-Site Visit Drop-in Session for Faculty	The event will be held from 9:00am – 9:50am in various sections of the second Floor of the Union. The sessions are for students to privately meet face-to-face with the HLC Accreditation on-site visiting team members and ask and answers questions without any UW administrators or governing offices present. Free refreshments
November 19, 2019	HLC Open Discussion Forum for Criteria 1 and 2 Mission & Integrity	This is an educational session at 9:00am – 9:50am about the components of Criteria 1 & 2 of the HLC requirements for Accreditation. This event is open to the campus and public. Free Refreshments
