Procedures

Purpose

The Procedures Committee will review legislation relating to the structure, rules, membership, or internal procedures of the First-Year Senate as directed by the Steering Committee. The Committee shall also assist with matters involving vacancies and membership and ensure that amendments or procedural changes approved by the First-Year Senate are properly incorporated into its governing documents.

Composition

A minimum of three First-Year Senators will serve as the membership for the Procedures Committee. 

The Procedures Committee will internally select a chair.
