Copier Services

The process for replenishing toner and requesting maintenance for copier machines on the network of the Laramie campus is automated.  There is software installed on the copier machines that will monitor supply levels of toner and request service if the copier generates an error code.  Our supplier for the copier machines across the Laramie campus is All Copy Products (ACP).


  • Copiers on the network under the contract with All Copy Products receive toner free as part of the contracted price.

  • When the toner level reaches 20%, the copier will automatically request toner to be ordered and delivered.

  • The other two user-administered supplies, waste toner containers and staples, are not monitored by the software. These supplies will need to be ordered by the departments when needed.


  • If the copier experiences a malfunction and generates an error code, the error code is sent directly to the supplier via the software and a representative will be notified to service the machine.

  • Not all malfunctions will generate an error code and therefore if you are experiencing issues, please contact All Copy Products directly and provide them with the serial number located on the copy machine.
