The Big Event

The Big Event is a one-day service opportunity for UW students to say thank you to the greater Laramie community for the support they provide to college students.

 

 

 

Service Saturdays

Service Saturdays are an opportunity for all members of the University of Wyoming community to give back. Events are hosted once monthly during the school year with different service events each month.

Alternative Breaks

An Alternative Break is an immersive trip meant to engage students in service-learning related to a specific community and social issue.

 

 

Volunteer Hub

Volunteer Hub is a website that brings together Laramie nonprofits and Albany County residents. Through this website users can browse a list of Laramie-area organizations, reply to active volunteer opportunities, and create a record of their volunteer hours and activities.

SLCE ACTION MOVEMENT (SLAM)

This group is a community of passionate, committed students who are committed to service, leadership, and community engagement. SLAM Members are University of Wyoming students who take part in educational and community-building opportunities while also supporting programs and events with the SLCE Office.
