Required Deadlines to Complete your Capstone

An important skillset gained from completing the Honors Capstone is in project development and management. An important part of any robust project includes staying on track, making incremental progress, and meeting deadlines. Figure out your graduation goals; this decision will dictate your capstone completion deadlines. Submit the Declare to Graduate Form to confirm your graduation goals with the Honors College to foster effective support.

DECEMBER 2025 COMPLETION GOAL

In order to complete your Capstone by December please adhere to the following deadlines listed below. If your plan is to graduate, please be sure you notify the Honors College of your intention to graduate.

MAY 2025 COMPLETION GOAL

In order to complete your Capstone by May please adhere to the following deadlines listed below. If your plan is to graduate please be sure you notify the Honors College of your intention to graduate.

Capstone Project Initiation Form Due

  • All Engineering Majors using their Senior Design Project to fulfill the requirements of the Honors Capstone have until Feb 10 to complete their Project Initiation Form due to faculty and project assignment coordination necessary in Engineering.
  • All Nursing Majors using their Nursing Senior Capstone to fulfill the requirements of the Honors Capstone have until Feb 10 to submit their Capstone Initiation Form.
