About the School

The University of Wyoming School of Pharmacy exists to advance the educational and professional development of our students, generate and translate scientific findings into meaningful innovations in healthcare, and positively impact the health and well-being of the communities we serve. The UW School of Pharmacy offers a four-year program of study leading to the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree as well as an Online M.S. Degree in Health Services Administration.

About the PharmD Program:

  • Our program is nationally accredited and our graduates have a 95 percent or higher passing rate on national licensure examinations.

 

  • Classes of 52 students ensure each student maximum individual attention within our pharmacy school curriculum. Visit our pharmacy school admissions section for more details.

 

  • A University of Wyoming Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree meets the educaitonal requirements for registration as a pharmacist in WYoming, all other states, and in the District of Columbia. 

 

  • Professors at the UW School of Pharmacy are experienced in teaching, dedicated to their field, and skilled in clinical service and reserach. They have been continuously recognized nationally and internationally for their teaching and research achievements and contributions to the scientific and clinical fields.
