The Wyoming Articulation Summit is an annual statewide gathering of higher education administrators, faculty, staff, and other professionals to discuss transfer articulation efforts, impacts, and plans.

Conference Rate
$99+ tax per night for a single king or double queen room for the nights of Thursday, October 3rd and/or Friday, October 4th. This rate includes a free hot breakfast.


Conditions

This is a limited block of rooms, and reservations at the conference rate are first-come, first-served. Participants are responsible for reserving and paying for their lodging.

Call (307) 742-0125 and ask for rooms under the Wyoming Articulation Summit reservation.


Online reservations

  • Go to www.hilton.com
  • At the top of the page, type "Laramie" in the city field.
  • Enter dates of intended reservations (e.g., October 3rd and 4th)
  • Click on "Special Rates" and type in the rate code "WAS" (without quotation marks) in the Group Code box and select close.
  • Select "Find a Hotel."
  • The $99 rate should populate next to Hampton Inn.


Deadline

The conference rate is available until end of day Friday, September 13, 2019. Rooms reserved after this date may not be eligible for the conference rate.
    


 

DIRECTIONS AND PARKING

The primary meeting location for the Wyoming Articulation Summit 2019 will be the UW Wyoming Student Union.


Closest Parking
The Wyoming Union parking lot is located on 15th St., between Ivinson Ave. and Willett Dr. This parking can fill up on weekdays, so plan your arrival time accordingly.
A parking permit is required for this lot.

Free Parking
Plan time to park in one of the FREE lots and take a shuttle to and from the Wyoming Union. View the UW TransPark transit map for details on the Union Express, South Express, and Campus Commuter parking locations and shuttle routes.

Accessible Parking
Parking spaces for individuals with disabilities are available in various convenient locations throughout the lots on the core of campus. Please see our parking map for Universal Accessibility Symbol accessible parking space locations.


Parking Permits
On-campus lots require permits. Participants are responsible for procuring day parking permits, should they choose to park in the Union Lot or another lot requiring a permit. Permits are $5.50-6.00 per day. Permits can be purchased:

  • Online, in advance: See https://www.uwyo.edu/tps/parking/daypermits.html for information about purchase and use.

  • On the day of the event: Park at a metered space (bring change) in the Wyoming Union lot, enter the building on the main floor to go to the Wyoming Union Information Desk. Scratch-off day permits are available for purchase at the Info Desk for $6 each.
