The next Access UW Day will be held in September 2025!
Access UW Day is an annual campus initiative organized by the Disability Support Services (DSS) office. Access UW Day provides a platform for us to come together as a community, learn from each other, and celebrate disability. The sessions are informative, interactive, engaging, and designed to encourage conversations about accessibility. Whether you're passionate about disability rights or simply curious to learn more, there's something for everyone at Access UW Day!

UW Giving Day is an annual UW tradition spearheaded by the UW Foundation that went from raising a mere $11,000 to millions of dollars in a single day. Since its inception in 2015, Giving Day has raised millions of dollars that directly support a variety of campus initiatives. Learn more about Giving Day here!
This year, Giving Day will be held in October 2025.
Help Disability Support Services improve accessibility!
Disability Support Services works so that students at the University of Wyoming experience an inclusive and accessible educational experience where their lived experience with disability is valued. Access is understood as a collaborative commitment across campus partners, grounded in the experiences and knowledge of students with disabilities. In this environment, students with disabilities thrive, graduate, and are empowered to break barriers throughout their lives. Disability is a valued and essential part of diversity, and students with disabilities are capable autonomous individuals who know what they need. Students are more than just their disability.
Your generous gift to Disability Support Services (@uwdss) funds our disability, autism, and ADHD communities as well as our annual Access UW Day.
Donations to Disability Support Services support the academic growth and success of students with disabilities. Thank you!
The Disability Support Services office is a great resource for faculty and staff members who are looking to improve accessibility and disability inclusivity!
