Jed Doxtater was hired as Program Director and assistant clinical faculty for the Medical Laboratory Sciences (MLS) program at UW-Casper in January 2015. His teaching responsibilities include Advanced Clinical Practicum: Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Laboratory Education Methodology, and Professional Career Paths and Review.

He previously taught courses for the Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) program at Casper College, and has worked as a medical laboratory scientist at various clinical laboratories in Wyoming since 2007. His research interests focus on education in the laboratory sciences. Jed is an alumnus of the University of Montana, earning bachelor’s degrees in Microbiology and Medical Technology, and of the University of North Dakota, earning his master’s degree in medical laboratory science.
